Huge queue for the toilets

Great off road 10Km route which was very well sign posted. Super helpful organisation staff. Friendly bunch of people running. Only EBI is that I could have done with more water at the finish!

You had lots of volunteers at each corner which was fantastic and really helps.
Unfortunately near the end around 7.5k, there was a double corner, turn right, then a Y junction where you turn left. The volunteer was at the first corner and there was no signage to say turn left at the second calender, so I went the wrong way following some other runners (not in the event).
So great job with the volunteers, but maybe put two on junctions like that, or more signage.

Not a big issue but some of the front 10k runners got stuck behind the 21k runners in the woodland area where the path is a bit narrower. People were sporting in letting others pass but it did affect momentum and flow!

It would have been helpful to have the sign of km left on the course to help runners during the race.
Marshall didn't know distance left when asked on the course.
But well indicated otherwise.

The atmosphere was excellent, and the organisation, including voluntary marshalls were amazing.

I would have like some km markers, although appreciate this would be difficult with all the different distances.

Was slightly horrified that the event had low water when I finished the 10k and I wasn’t allowed a second cup. On the hottest day of the year, at a running event, there should have been way more water available. Last time I did it we were all offered fruit too. The 21km runners hadn’t come in and there would have been no water. I was told there was ‘some on the way’ really not good enough when it was 30 degrees.

More water stops were needed at least every 2k on such a hot day

Overall great event, could maybe think about;
It was unclear in the instructions what the water arrangements were, i.e Water in cups at 4, 6, 10 miles for Half Marathon or whatever
Maybe the start area layout could improve the atmosphere, it was quite spread out
The bring a can could have been highlighted more
Not trying to be negative with these, as thought it really well organised and all the helpers and Marshalls were fantastic

Loved today’s event. It was a great course. The organisation was fantastic and the Marshalls were brilliant! It was so hot (uncontrollable) so we cold have done with an extra water station or 2 but it was a great event and we will be back next year! Thank you

We know it’s Summer so perhaps more water stations or misting stations
